Upon checking, one of my colleagues has already sent a request to our payment verification team to review your order. One the review has been completed and they found no issue with that, then the order will be fulfilled and delivered to you.


This is 2 weeks after the order wad placed!  Incompetent communist scam artists!

 After stealing money from me, me bringing it to their attention, they say: I know it's hard to take any sorry's from us due to this inconvenience. But as much as we would like to get the response right now from that request, we just really can't. We have to follow specific steps to have this issue resolved. For now, what we really need to do is wait the response from our payment verification team, once we get a response, we'll let you know.

Kachava Scam

You can place an order. They'll take your money. Then say that they thought it was fraud. They don't ship the product. They don't refund your money.  They keep your money. This place is a masterful showpiece of incompetence! Track through Shopify that insists on tracking YOU. No luck with your order though.  Communist China customer service is as expected. It's basically a non existent business that sells and doesn't deliver.
